Pork mince (免治豬肉), 500g — a household essential for any family that loves home cooking. Use it for juicy dumplings (餃子), pork and chive wontons, lion's head meatballs (獅子頭), mapo tofu, or a simple stir fry. The most flexible product in the shop, at an unbeatable everyday price.
Cooking Tips: For dumplings: mix with Chinese chives, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil and a little rice wine. For lion's head meatballs: mix with water chestnuts, ginger and soy, then braise in stock. For mapo tofu: stir fry with doubanjiang and silken tofu.
