Wagyu outside flat (銀邊肉) sliced at 1.7mm and graded MBS8-9 — a premium step up for hotpot nights worth celebrating. The higher marbling means each slice is noticeably richer and more tender than everyday slices. A wonderful treat for a weekend family hot pot.

Cooking Tips: Swirl briefly in simmering broth for 10–12 seconds — don't overcook this grade. Best with a mild broth (clear chicken or light dashi) so the Wagyu flavour is the star. Also excellent in sukiyaki with a raw egg dip.
