A 300g Angus sirloin (西冷扒) — a leaner cut than ribeye with a firm texture and clean, beefy flavour. The classic restaurant steak cut. Slice thinly after cooking and serve over rice for a quick rice bowl dinner the whole family will love.
Cooking Tips: Season with salt and a little black pepper. Pan-sear on high heat — 2 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest 3 minutes, slice thinly against the grain. Serve over steamed rice with soy sauce and sesame oil.
